The Phobos project has been the main project for CAESAR over the last two academic years and is the first larger project that CAESAR has tackled. The goal from the beginning was to compete in the 3 km hybrid category in the EuRoC competition. However, due to the rising popularity of the competition, our goal has shifted to launching it during a separate launch event.
The rocket will still comply with many of EuRoC's technical requirements, even though this competition is no longer our main goal.
