Goal:
Decomposea and ignite nitrous oxide in combustion chamber.
Condition:
Nitrous oxide can start decomposing around 600 C, however a higher temprature is needed tp ignite as the rate will increase with higher temprature 750 C- 905 C seems optimal. It is also possible to decrease temprature needed with a catalyst such or copper oxide or iron oxide.

They are not possible as they use pyrotechnic charges and need liscences for storage and usage that are currently (2026-01-28) not held.
Bad idea:
The blow torch could work but having yet another explosive gad close to the rocket seems and is yet another safety factor that can lead to issues
