This guide is here to give you all the essential information you need as a team member — from how the association works, to practical guidelines and resources. Make sure to return to it periodically, as it may be updated over time.
CAESAR is an association registered with the Swedish Tax Agency. You can find association details such as organization number and mailing address at allabolag.se and Ratsit.
The association is governed in accordance with statutes adopted by the annual general meeting and regulations adopted by the board.
You have to renew your membership every new academic year.
You are expected to attend meetings and contribute work outside of them. Collaboration with your teammates is encouraged.
If you have taken on a greater responsibility, for example a task with a critical deadline, it is important that you inform your subteam if you realize that you will not be able to meet it or if other problems arise. The same applies if you want to take a break or leave the team. You are encouraged to notify your subteam so that they can reallocate the work effectively.
The entire team meets twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 17.30, to work together. We have booked SB3-L110 and have a space in Armeringshallen to work in.
Access to various association resources is continuously revoked for individuals who are no longer active. If you are missing access to something you believe you should have, contact the board or a team leader.
